To complete the application please read these instructions and follow these steps
- Applicants are advised to use a desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet when completing the application to ensure the best possible experience.
- For optimal compatibility with our systems, the use of an email account hosted by gmail.com is recommended.
- The application process is carried out entirely online, eliminating the need for physical presence at our Parish Office.
- Before starting the application process, ensure that you have scanned copies of the Baptism Certificate & Birth Certificate, as they will need to be uploaded during registration.
- Important Instructions
- Note #1: If you do not have a Baptism Certificate, please fill out this Baptism Affidavit and submit it in place of the Baptism Certificate. This temporary measure is valid until December, at which time the official Baptism Certificate will be required.
- For those who have not been baptized:
- For those enrolling in Confirmation, you must have scanned the First Communion Certificate or a photo of the candidate receiving First Communion, as this documentation will need to be uploaded during the registration process.
- Select your preferred program and day to attend, and proceed to begin the application process.

- Having all relevant documents at hand will facilitate the application process, which typically takes between 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once submitted, the application will be processed, which may take up to 20 days. Your understanding and patience during this period is greatly appreciated.
