Welcome to the RCIA Program
Welcome to the program! We want to give you some information about the procedures for the course:
Classes will be held Mondays from 7 PM to about 8:30 PM, in the Parish Center (11691 NW 25 Street, Doral, Florida 33172).
We have 4 groups of students
- 11th-12th graders in English
- 11th-12th graders in Spanish
- Adults in English
- Adults in Spanish
We will start on Monday, September 14fsdth, and finish late in May. We follow the Public Schools calendar so we won’t have classes those days public schools are closed. You can access the calendar on this link: Calendar
Attached you will find the registration forms. There are two forms, one for High School students, and another for all Young Adults and Adults candidates.
Please complete the appropriate forms. The application must be submitted online.
I need to know, as soon as you can, if the candidate prefers the classes in English or Spanish, to be able to form the groups. The materials are bilingual. (Email me at: ccd@guadalupedoral.org) Hopefully, this will be a year full of blessings.

¡Bienvenidos al programa! Queremos darles información sobre los procedimientos para el curso:
Las clases son los lunes de 7 a 8:30 de la noche, en el Centro Parroquial (11691 NW 25 Street, Doral, Florida 33172)
Tenemos 4 grupos de estudiantes:
- 11th-12th graders en Ingles
- 11th-12th graders en Español
- Adultos en Ingles
- Adultos en Español
Comenzaremos el lunes 14 de septiembre y terminaremos al principio de junio. Seguimos el calendario de las escuelas públicas, así que no habrá clases los días en que las escuelas no tengan clase. Pueden ver el calendario en este enlace: Calendar
Las planillas de registro están adjuntas en este email. Hay dos formas, una para estudiantes en High School y otra para los Adultos.
Por favor, llenen las planillas y sometanlas solo online.
Necesitamos saber lo antes posible, si el candidato prefiere las clases en inglés o español, para poder formar los grupos. Los materiales son bilingües. (mándenme un email a: ccd@guadalupedoral.org)

Catechism for Young & Adults / R.C.I.A
The rite of Christian initiation for adults (R.C.I.A.) is a religious education program for individuals 16 years of age or older that have not yet received any of the initiation sacraments: Baptism, Confirmation and/or Eucharist. It is also for adults from other faiths that are looking to become members of the Catholic community. Those who have been baptized Catholic, but have not received formal Catholic instruction are also welcome to be part of this program.
Catecismo para Jovenes y Adultos / R.I.C.A
El Rito de Iniciación Cristiana de Adultos (R.I.C.A.) es un programa de educación religiosa para jóvenes mayores de 16 años o adultos que no hayan recibido los sacramentos de iniciación: Bautismo, Comunión y/o Confirmación, o para adultos de otras tradiciones religiosas que desean investigar las posibilidades de convertirse en miembros de la comunidad católica. Los católicos bautizados que no han tenido un entrenamiento o preparación en la Iglesia también son bienvenidos a este programa. El R.I.C.A. forma adultos preparados en la sabiduría y tradición de la iglesia, ya que por medio de la oración y el estudio profundo de nuestra fe católica, desarrollan un entendimiento y amor esenciales para su formación espiritual.

Cost: $ 170.00 (includes the books, material used during the formation year, and gowns for the confirmation)

1- Birth Certificate
2- Baptism Certificate (if you are baptized) or Affidavit of Baptism (if you are not able to provide a copy of your Baptism Certificate) or Baptism Application Form (if you are not baptized)
3- First Communion Certificate or Affidavit of First Communion
NOTE: if you are not able to provide a copy of your First Communion Certificate please contact Miguel Ruiz (miguel.ruiz@guadalupedoral.org) and he will help
